📡 No connection
So, your Kolet eSIM is installed, but your device is still giving you the silent treatment when it comes to connecting to a network?
Sometimes, your phone just needs a little manual push to find the right network. Other times, it could be roaming settings or just bad coverage, because even Indiana Jones would struggle to get a signal in the middle of the jungle. 🏕️
1️⃣ Make Sure Data Roaming is Enabled 🌍
Your Kolet eSIM uses local networks to keep you connected. If data roaming is disabled, your phone won’t even try to connect.
📌 How to enable data roaming: Click here
🚨 Important: This must be enabled on the Kolet eSIM (not your primary SIM) for mobile data to work!
2️⃣ Manually Switch to a Network 👨🔧
To address this issue, access the network settings on your device and force the selection of a specific mobile network partner, as follows:
You can find the list of networks partnered with Kolet. by clicking on the "i" on the home page of your Kolet app.

3️⃣ Restart Your Device to Sync with the Network 🔄
If you’ve manually selected a network but still don’t have service, restarting your device can force it to sync with the network server.
🔄Why this helps: Your phone might still be holding onto old network data. Restarting refreshes the connection and helps your device properly register on the network.
4️⃣ Check If You’re Stuck in a Dead Zone 🏕️
Not all locations have strong mobile coverage especially if you’re somewhere remote. If you’re deep in the mountains, a basement, or a thick concrete building, your phone might struggle to latch onto a network.
🔹 Try moving to an open area for better reception.
🔹 Check if others around you have a network connection.
🔹 If coverage is weak, manually switching networks (see step 2) may help.
