💡 The APN settings (Access Point Name) are usually configured automatically by your device's network provider when you install an eSIM. This automatic configuration ensures that your device can connect to the mobile network and access data services without any additional setup required.

However, there are situations where manual intervention may be necessary.

Here's how you can do it:

🍎 For Apple iOS devices

  • GO to "Settings"

  • TAP "Cellular" or "Mobile Data"

  • SELECT the "Kolet eSIM"

  • TAP "Cellular Data Network" or "Mobile Data Network"

  • Enter the following information: Name: plus APN: plus

🤖For Samsung Android devices

  • GO to "Settings"

  • TAP "Network & Internet"

  • TAP "Mobile/Cellular Networks"

  • TAP "Access Point Name"

  • Enter the following information: Name: plus APN: plus

👾 For Google Pixel devices

  • OPEN the Settings

  • TAP Network and Internet

  • SELECT Internet

  • TAP your Kolet eSIM

  • SELECT Access Point names

  • CLICK on the 3 dots in the right corner

  • Enter the following information: Name: plus APN: plus
