If your phone is locked to a specific carrier, you’ll need to contact your mobile provider to request an unlock. Policies vary, but common requirements include:

📥 You’ve already installed the eSIM on another device
Kolet’s eSIM is designed for one-time installation on a single device. If you previously installed your eSIM on another phone, it cannot be installed.

If your phone is issued by your company and has Mobile Device Management (MDM) installed, we cannot modify these settings, and neither can you.
