Make sure your APN is configured correctly using the information provided on your eSIM installation page. The APN should be written entirely in lowercase and without spaces.
Check if you still have data available on your eSIM. If you try to connect when you have no data left, you may encounter this error.
You are connected to the supported network as advised on your eSIM installation page
To access your eSIM installation page and get all the necessary details, go to the "Profile" section of your Kolet application, then select "Install eSIM".
If the above steps do not help, please try resetting your network settings:
GO to Settings on your device
GO to General
GO to Reset
GO to Reset Network Settings
Restart your device
