📶 How to Change Your Mobile Network

🔍 Find the Right Network

Check the list of partner networks for your destination in the Kolet app

1️⃣ Open the Kolet app

2️⃣ Go to the Home page

3️⃣ Tap the "..." icon next to the country name of your plan

4️⃣ Click on Networks available

View the list of local network partners for your destination

 🍎 For Apple iOS devices

  • OPEN Settings on your device

  • TAP on Cellular

  • SELECT Kolet (eSIM)

  • TAP on Network Selection in the Plus section

  • SWITCH OFF the toggle Automatic

  • CLICK on the appropriate mobile operator for that destination - it's available on Kolet app by going to Home page, click on the small "..." logo next to the country name of the plan and go to "Network available".

 🤖 For Samsung Android devices

  • TAP Settings > ConnexionsMobile/Cellular network > Network Operators

  • Dual SIM users, SELECT your eSIM Kolet.

  • Tap Automatically select network switch to disable

  • CLICK on the appropriate mobile operator for that destination - it's available on Kolet app by going to Home page, click on the small "..." logo next to the country name of the plan and go to "Network available".

 👾 For Google Pixel devices

  • OPEN Settings on your device

  • TAP Network & Internet

  • TAP  SIMs

  • TAP your Kolet eSIM

  • TOGGLE off the Automatically Select Network

  • CLICK on the appropriate mobile operator for that destination - it's available on Kolet app by going to Home page, click on the small "..." logo next to the country name of the plan and go to "Network available".

🔴 For Redmi Android devices

  • OPEN Settings

  • TAP Mobile Networks

  • SELECT Kolet (eSIM)

  • TAP on Select carrier

  • SWITCH OFF the toggle Automatic

  • CLICK on the appropriate mobile operator for that destination - it's available on Kolet app by going to Home page, click on the small "..." logo next to the country name of the plan and go to "Network available".
