If you’re seeing a prompt for a PIN or PUK code on your Kolet eSIM, don’t worry—it’s likely a setup issue that’s easily fixable. This lock is not coming from us at Kolet but may have been activated by mistake.

Here’s what you can do:

1. Try Common Codes 🔢

Sometimes a default code can unlock the eSIM. We recommend trying these codes first:

- 1234 or 0000 (often used as default codes)

- Your primary SIM’s PIN code, as this sometimes gets applied during setup.

2. Still Locked? 🔑
