This activation process should be completed once you’ve arrived in your destination country 📍.

Step 1: Open primary SIM 📂

  • OPEN Settings on your device

  • TAP on Cellular

  • TAP on Primary

  • ENSURE that Data Roaming is Turned off

Step 2: Open Kolet eSIM 🔓

  • TAP on Cellular

  • TAP on Kolet (eSIM)

Step 3: Turn on Kolet eSIM 🟢

  • TURN ON Kolet (eSIM)

  • TAP on Cellular

  • TAP on Cellular Data

Step 4: Switch data to Kolet ⚡

  • SELECT Kolet (eSIM)

  • TAP on Cellular

  • ⚠️ Make sure that Allow Cellular Data Switching is Turned OFF

Step 5: Turn on Kolet data roaming 🟢

  • TAP on Kolet (eSIM)

  • TURN ON Data Roaming

Step 1: Open SIM manager 📂

  • OPEN Settings on your device

  • TAP on Connections

  • TAP on SIM manager

Step 2: Turn on Kolet eSIM 🟢

  • SWITCH ON Kolet (eSIM)

  • TAP on Turn on

Step 3: Switch primary SIM ⚡

  • TAP on Primary SIM

  • SWITCH to Kolet (eSIM)

  • ⚠️ Make sure that Data Switching and backup calling is Turned OFF

Step 4: Change to Kolet eSIM 🔀

  • TAP on Change

  • ENSURE that Primary SIM is on Kolet (eSIM)

Step 5: turn on Data roaming 🟢

  • OPEN Mobile networks

  • TURN ON Data roaming

  • TAP on Turn on

  • WAIT till the next instruction appears

  • TAP on Use Kolet

  • TURN ON Roaming

Step 5: Final Checks ✅

  • Go back on SIMS

  • TAP on PRIMARY SIM

  • ENSURE that Data Roaming is Turned OFF

  • TURN OFF Switch mobile data automatically
