❌ One eSIM = One device
By default, an eSIM can only be activated on one device at a time. Unlike physical SIM cards that can be moved between devices, an eSIM is digitally linked to the first device it was activated on.

1️⃣ Do NOT delete your eSIM from your current device before contacting support.
2️⃣ Avoid using the “eSIM Quick Transfer” feature, this can disable your primary SIM, requiring you to contact your carrier to reactivate it.
3️⃣ Reach out to Kolet support to request an eSIM transfer.
4️⃣ Follow the instructions provided to install the eSIM on your new device.
⚠️ What to do If your primary SIM gets disabled the quick transfer feature on iPhone?
If you use the eSIM Quick Transfer feature on iPhone, it may automatically deactivate your primary SIM (whether it’s a physical SIM or another eSIM) without warning. This can lead to loss of service on your main number, meaning you won’t be able to make calls, send texts, or use data through your primary carrier.
In that case, you will need to contact your primary carrier to reactivate your primary line.
📱 I want to use Kolet on two devices

You can use Kolet on a second device by creating a separate account:
Download the Kolet app on your second device
Create a new account with a different email address
Transfer data from your first account to your new account
Install a new eSIM on the second device
This allows both devices to have their own active eSIM and data plan.
