Eligibility
✅ Transfer from: active paid Kolet plans
✅ Minimum to send: 1 GB remaining on the plan
✅ Amount steps: whole GB only (1 GB, 2 GB, 3 GB… no decimals)
✅ Recipient: any email your recipient uses (or will use) with Kolet
❌ Not allowed: free data or gifted data
❌ Not eligible: expired plans or plans with < 1 GB left
Note: Transfers are instant and final, once sent, you can’t cancel or pull it back.
How does it work?
Open the Kolet App → Profile → “Send data to a loved one”.
Choose the plan to send from. It must be active with ≥ 1 GB left.
Enter the recipient’s email.
Pick the amount. Use the slider to select whole GB (minimum 1 GB).
Review the summary → Tap “Send”. Done! The data appears on the recipient’s side.
⚠️ Don't see the option? The feature only shows if you have an eligible plan (active, paid, and at least 1 GB left). If nothing appears, your current plans aren’t eligible.
Important
⚠️ Double-check the email. We don’t verify the address before sending. A typo can send the data to the wrong account.

🔁 Sent by mistake? You can’t cancel, but the recipient can send it back to you using the same feature (as long as they still have at least 1 GB available to transfer).
