How to apply a voucher on the Kolet app

Got a promo code? Lucky you! ✨

Here's how to apply it and enjoy your sweet reward 💸

📱 On the Kolet App:

  1. Open the app and go to the Destinations tab

  2. Select your destination and choose the amount of data you’d like

  3. Tap Continue

  4. At checkout, click “+ Add a promo code” and enter the promo code.

And that’s it! 🎉

💻 On the Kolet Website:

  1. Visit the Kolet website.

  2. Select your data plan.

  3. Enter your promo code in the Voucher section on the right side of your screen.

And that’s it! 🎉

🗑️ How to delete a promo code

If you've applied a promo code and want to remove it before completing your purchase, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Destinations section in the Kolet app

  2. Select your destination and choose your data plan

  3. Choose the amount of data you need (1GB, 3GB, 5GB, etc.)

  4. Look below the data plan price - you'll see your applied promo code displayed

  5. Tap on the grey cross (×) next to the promo code to delete it

Once removed, the total price will update to reflect the change. You can then proceed with your purchase or apply a different promo code if you have one.

Note: Promo codes can only be removed before you confirm your purchase. Once the order is completed, the promo code cannot be deleted or changed.

  • Promo codes are single-use only 🔁

  • You can only apply one promo code at a time

  • But you can use a promo code and your Kolet Koins together

  • Some codes may have an expiration date, so don’t let them gather dust ⏳
