📥 Trying to install an eSIM that is already installed:
Settings > General> About> Scroll down to find the ICCID (it’s a 20 digits number that starts with 89XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and ends with a random extra number). If you confirm that the ICCID has been installed, it might be a matter of making a few adjustments to get connected. Please refer to your eSIM installation page for all the details.
🥺 Poor connection when trying to install the eSIM.
An unstable or weak internet connection can also result in failures during eSIM installation. You can also try moving to a location with a better internet connection or restarting your device to refresh the connection. Also note that it's not recommended to install your eSIM with the airport Wi-Fi as the connection is too unstable.
