Travelling can be a thrilling experience, and we at Kolet want to make it even better by offering you a special 1GB data gift for your international trips. Here’s everything you need to know about how to claim and use your Travel Partner Gift.

🎁 What is the Travel Partner Gift?

The Travel Partner Gift is a complimentary 1GB data package provided to you when you book your travel through one of our partners. This gift is designed to help you stay connected while you’re abroad without any extra cost.

📋 Important Details:

  • 1GB Welcome Gift Per Person : Each traveller is eligible for one 1GB gift per person. If you have two bookings, you are not eligible for a second gift. However, if you're travelling with a partner, you can transfer the second gift to them by sharing this page.

  • Local Travel: Please note that this gift is only available for international travel. If you’re travelling locally, you won’t be eligible for the gift. However, we can provide the gift for your next international trip.

⏳ Validity Period:

  • 2-Day Usage Window: Your gift is valid for 2 days, starting from when you use your first megabyte (MB) at your destination. If you need more data beyond the 1GB gift, you can purchase additional data plans in the shop section of the Kolet app.

    To purchase additional data, go to the Shop tab in your application or click here. Then select the relevant country and follow the payment instructions. 😊

🛠️ How to Claim Your Gift

Your Travel Partner Gift is likely already waiting for you in the Kolet app. Here’s how to find and activate it:

  1. 🔑 Login to the Kolet App: Use the same email address you used for your travel booking.

  2. 🏠 Check the Home Section: Look for your gift in the Home section of the app. It is automatically added to your account within 24 hours of booking with one of our partners.

If you can’t find your gift:

  1. 📞 Contact Support: Open the Kolet app and reach out to our support team. Choose "Travel Partner Gift" as the category. Please don't contact support if your booking was made less than 24 hours ago.

  2. 📑 Provide Booking Details: Send us the PDF document or a screenshot of your booking with our partner showing all the details of your trip (booking ID, dates, origin and destination, and free eSIM). Our support team will review your information and manually create the gift for you if you're eligible.

🚨 Important Note

Please remember that only one welcome gift per user is allowed. Attempting to claim multiple gifts may result in the suspension of your account.
