You should first install your eSIM before your flight (you will require internet to do the installation). The data usage will start when you land at the destination, and you decide to activate your data plan (you don't need internet to do the activation). The data plan will begin when you consume your first MB.

If you decide to purchase an additional data package - before the expiration of the current one - any unused data from your current plan will automatically be extended for another 30 days to match the new package.

​For example: your current data plan is set to expire on February 28th, and you decide to purchase an additional data package on February 15th, any remaining data from your current plan will automatically extend until March 15th to match the new package. So, you'll have uninterrupted data access until March 15th, thanks to the extension provided by adding the new package. 🔄

⚠️ Data package duration cannot be accumulated. The date of purchase, which define this extension of 30 days, which means that adding a top-up does not extend the validity of the current plan, but rather resets it to 30 days.

For example, if you purchase two separate data plans on June 15th, both will expire on July 15th and not August 15th.
