🕵️‍♂️ Time to put on your detective hat, Sherlock!

Installed your Kolet eSIM but not sure which one it is? No worries! If you didn’t label it during setup, here’s how to tell the difference between your primary SIM and Kolet eSIM.

🍎For Apple iOS Devices

⚙️In you eSIM settings: You can check as follows:

  • GO to "Settings"

  • TAP "Cellular" or "Mobile Data"

  • SELECT the "Kolet eSIM"

  • If you see "Plus" or "Orange" or "TIM" on the top of your screen, that means it's your Kolet eSIM

🚫 No Phone Number? That’s Your Kolet eSIM: Unlike a primary SIM, Kolet eSIMs don’t have an associated phone number. You can confirm this by checking your SIM settings.

🏷️ Look at the Default Label

  • Your primary SIM is usually labeled “Primary”

  • Secondary eSIMs (like Kolet) might show as “Business,” “Mobile Data,” or “Travel”

🤖For Samsung Android Devices

You can distinguish it from your primary eSIM by the fact that there is no number associated with it. It should also have "Plus" or "Orange" or "TIM" written underneath it, as in the screenshot below.

👾 For Google Pixel Devices

Click on any eSIM, scroll down to “Operator Settings Version”. Kolet eSIM is the one with a "Plus" or "Orange" or "TIM".

🏷️ Label Your eSIM for Easy Access!

Now that you’ve found your Kolet eSIM, give it a proper label! You can rename it in your settings for quick access next time.
